Last Resort Harsh words fly from your mouth
Like bee's with wicked stings
Causing wounds and scars
As you say many hurtful things

This pain is not visible,
It cannot be seen on my skin
Because it is buried deep inside, along with disgust,
self-loathing, hatred, breaking through a shell which is thin

It burrows in my self-esteem,
destroying it slowly from the inside
Until it is little more than fragments, shard, shreds
And I have to create a mask which to hide behind

Alone, in a corner of a room I hide,
Writing, crying, unseen, unheard,
Letting my emotions out on paper,
Pain reflected in my every word

Jordan's POV

It was the first day of the summer holidays and the sun had just begin to set, staining the sky a pinkish red mixed in with a darkening blue and in contrast the dirty gray clouds like sheep, of the day were dotted around the fields of the darkening sky. I was on my way home from my grandma's house. My name is Jordan Ayre. I have untidy dandruff ridden hair that is brown. My eyes are deep blue; I'm around 5 foot 8" in height.
